I will continue my appreciation post, after I just finished my Mock exams today yeay~
So as promised, I'm going to post my "Etude House HAUL", and this is actually my first post in April '14 ^^
Etude House has been one of my favorite make up brand since 2009. The first item I purchased was a liquid foundation, and for my 14th birthday my friend gave me another BB cream + Mini Me Be My Princess perfume.
My make up mostly consist a lot of Etude House products, even though I rarely use any in daily basis, and I don't even know how to put on "proper make up". orz
FYI, if you don't know about this brand,
Etude House is a South Korean cosmetics brand owned by Amore Pacific. The brand name 'Etude' comes from Frederic Chopin's studies of the piano. They sell varieties of makeup & skin care with cute concepts.
Nowadays this brand has been getting very popular among teenagers and young adults, mostly girls, and not only in Korea but also worldwide. The brand has outlets spread around some Asian countries.
Etude House is also famously known from the advertisements & campaign which are endorsed by some popular South Korean actors, actresses, and K-Pop idols (you can mention such as Lee Minho, Park Shin Hye, 2NE1, SHINee, f(x)'s Sulli & Krystal, and many more).
Anyway, in this HAUL post I'm going to post the pictures of some Etude House's products I purchased recently (mostly for lips) along with a little review, and let's see how they look!

Etude House HAUL & REVIEW :

Product Description :

Dear Girls BB Cream,
Description : Be Clear BB Cream with whitening effect and natural coverage that conceals imperfections and uneven skin-tone with SPF 30 .
It only comes in one color which is light beige tone.
Just like a typical BB cream, this provides coverage for your skin, and can be used as a normal base make up. Rather than a concealer, this is more like a primer. Apparently it doesn't really conceal dark marks.
The size is super small as it only contains 5ml of the BB cream. However, I wouldn't recommend you to use this too often (for daily basis) because this one tube can be done probably in less than a month depending on the amount & how often you use it.
About the I'm Blooming Clear Cleansing Water,
Description : This is a no-wash type cleansing water that easily and conveniently delivers fresh and clean skin without the need to rinse off with additional water.
It's basically a makeup remover. You just simply take one sheet of facial cotton pad, add small drop of the cleansing water, gently press it on the part of your skin about 5 seconds, then wipe it off. After the make up is removed with this, your skin would be fresh & moisturized.
It can easily remove light make up such as BB cream, loose powder, blush on, (etc.) in just a single - few swipes. But for removing heavy eye make up and thicker foundation, this would not be the best choice. (You're gonna need to put more force while wiping, and of course it's painful. lol)

Overall :
Despite the mini size & amount of products, this Special Care Kit is more likely made for urgent situations in terms of being small and simple. Obviously I wouldn't use this as my regular make up, it's such a waste.. But this Special Care Kit is definitely perfect for traveling, or even as a gift to someone.

I got the #3 "Cherry Soda", due to limited stocks available.
It's a basic lip gloss in a simple squeeze tube with a slanted applicator tip.
Nothing's really special with this lip gloss, other than the scented smell which mine smells like cherry and cotton candy (idek how cherry smells like).
You can use this as a regular lip gloss however I wouldn't suggest you to apply too much because it will make your lips feel overly sticky & heavy. So you can just apply a thin coat to moisturize your lips. It also gives a little color, yet keep in mind, do not apply in thick layers.
Price : IDR 60k
Overall :
Personally, I prefer using lip balm than lip gloss.
Although this can be used to make your lips moist, with natural color, but I wouldn't use this as a lip care. It's best to apply it over lipstick / lip tint to add the glossy shine on your lips.
